A: The Battle of Tours took place in 721 when the Umayyads were trying to push north into our territory and had to be stopped.
Q:Do you think you had an advantage and why?
A: Yes I think I had an advantage because I sent out troops to the town of Tours where we settled on a forested hill which was good because they would have to charge uphill to get to us.
Q: How did the battle start?
A: When the Umayyads got to us they had to wait a week to plan out their strategy and on the seventh day the attacked.
Q: What happened next?
A: They managed to break through our line but when they did it spread that a larger number of our forces we're going to go around and free our prisoners from their main camp.
Q: Did you manage to get to their Camp?
A: It was lie so they had to quickly get back to their camp but in the process they left their leader unguarded and he was killed. So all of their troops retreated and kept going.
Q: How do you think this effected history?
A: It prevented most if not all of Europe from being Muslim.
